cx complaint unti sometimes doesnt turn on and doesnt heat. inspected unit and found 0vac to unit. I found breaker box and found breaker for dryer was loose in breaker box. i did push and clip in breaker and found unit had 246.5vac with good polarity. I then tested unit and found unit runs and heats. advised cx to have an electrican look at the panel box. unit checks good.

"CX complains unit door is not closing and unit will not run cycle. Found unit door catch had failed and will need replaced. Was able to hold door closed to run cycle, unit does heat but is making noise during rotation. Found idler and rollers had failed and caused excessive wear on belt. Ordering idler, rollers, belt and door catch, also ordering door switch due to wear and incosistant function. "CX complains unit is making squeeling noise. CX has extended warranty. Unit shows no error codes, ran unit through test 51, and unit was making grinding noise when agitating and spinning. Inspected under unit and found gearcase has failed. Unit will need gearcase, slider, clutch, rotor, and stator for repair. Office to schedule with cx when all parts are approved and arrive. Washplate is seized onto gearcase and will need forced off.; ordrng 1 W11130356 (suspension) and 1 W11393685 (gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (stator) and 8 W11027980 (stator screw (8))s and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10915701 (rotor) and 1 W10902814 (washplate) and 1 W10752187 (washplate screw) and 1 W10909670 (spanner)"

CX complains unit made grinding noise and since stopped. CX has lowes extended warranty but was dispatched incorrectly. CX to call lowes to get unit dispatched correctly. No work done on todays visit.

Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Tested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed.
