"CX complains unit is not spinning or agitating. Unit will not begin cycle. CX is without warranty, quoted cx for service fee. CX agreed to servicve fee. Unit shows f7e1 error. When unit goes to agitate or spin, unit just hums. Inspected under unit and found capacitor had failed and will need replaced. Quoted cx for repair, CX agreed to repair, was able to replace capacitor with pre i.d part, tested unit and unit now works as designed. CX paid in full with card, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

i was able to access unit and replace the sump and motor as per previous tech. i found unit now checks good.

"CX complains unit heating element runs continuesly and unit will not rotate. CX is within manufacture warranty. Found unit heating element to be shorted to ground, causing element to recieve continuess power when plugged in. Unit fuse had also failed dueing this time which is why unit does not power on when pushing start button. Was able to replace element and fuse with vs. Retested unit and unit is now work talked to Adam at safety. No further work needed.; ordrng 1 279838 (element ch vs) and 1 WP3392519 (fuse ch vs), used 1 279838 (element ch vs), and 1 wp3392519 (fuse ch vs) from stock"
