cx complaint is unit wasnt making ice. said this morning he heard something and there was ice in the bin. units O-O-W and he knows. tested and checked unit. ice maker just wade ice and tray was full of water. cx said water was always good out door and said just about a month now it didnt make ice and just now started. evap clear and temps in range. all lights and fans check. advised cx unit will need ice maker. can only charge service for today and quote will need to be given when nthey are back up and running. ordered part to show whats needed. office took service fee.; ordrng 1 2198597 (Ice Maker)
