"Confirmed cx complaint unit not cooling properly. Found evaporator with reduced frost pattern, freon concentrated at top of evap creating ice ball. Temps in freezer 38, fridge 45 degrees. Unit has sealed system leak. Was not impressed with him at all. He was the one who broke the two screw off on the hinges on top of refrigerator freezer. He informed us that the refrigerator could not be repaired & need the refrigerator to be replaced.
