CX complaint is oven does not work. RAC came and installed proper power cord yesterday so that it could be diagnosed properly. 120/120/240 at terminal block and into control. Activate oven and 0 volts going to element. Replaced control per prior diagnosis. Unit is now operating and heating properly. CX is RAC and wants door panel. DM ryan in meetings in Bmore all day so cannot collect payment until tomorrow. CE sending me shop job to collect payment tomorrow. CX owes $104.72 plus $15 for shipping. Will reschedule after payment made; ordrng 1 W11219377 (panel-drwr)

CX rescheduled for tomorrow. Spoke to Keyon. COuldnt diagnose properly but from what I saw the unit needs a control board. RAC needs to install power cord. Spoke to herman the Milford store manager and he is going to do that today. SPoke to haley and ordering control.; ordrng 1 W11536795 (control)

CX complaint is unit still a no cool. Verified pressure coming out of compressor into condenser. From condenser into drier and also have pressure coming out of bottom of drier. As soon as the cap tub is hooked up I tested pressure at cap tube coming into evaporator and had nothing. All checked with notrogen.Spoke to Austin at WPTL. His opinion was there is a clog in the cap tube between the drieir and before the evaporator. Submitted unit for in warranty Non Repairable designation.Job is complete

Andrew worked above and beyond to find the problem of our appliance. The findings found were beyond fixing.It appears the unit was damaged in shipment. This work was documented with photos transmitted at the time of service to a senior manager . It has been several weeks since the service visit and nothing has been done by Whirlpool. Now our oven has not been used since we took possession of our new home in May. We receive lip service from Whirlpool with no action. If AIA has any way to motivate Whirlpool it will be greatly appreciated.
