Andrew worked above and beyond to find the problem of our appliance. The findings found were beyond fixing.It appears the unit was damaged in shipment. This work was documented with photos transmitted at the time of service to a senior manager . It has been several weeks since the service visit and nothing has been done by Whirlpool. Now our oven has not been used since we took possession of our new home in May.
We receive lip service from Whirlpool with no action.
If AIA has any way to motivate Whirlpool it will be greatly appreciated.
