cx complaint ice bin keeps freezing. called techline spoke to Austin. jumpered over t and h ice maker completed harvest and fill. found ice bin frozen found cabinet ice box housing. unit not repairable.

replaced icemaker and ice door. unit appears to be working as designed. advised cx to monitor future operation and to dump first few batches of ice.
