installed compressor drier and rc evap and pulled unit into 30 inch vacuum. unit held vacuum with no leaks. charged with 134a and tested. unit now checks good.

"Replaced belt switch and moisture hanress, the unit still just clicks and does nothing. I switch out the motor with a known good motor from old parts in my truck and still not wanting to start. Tco, thermal fuse ,element,door switch all tested good. Suspecting a bad control but i want to call techline on this one. The customer paid for the control in case needed on return trip. Set appt when control come in and need to call techline.; ordrng 1 W11525996 (control)"

"cx complaint bottom of door peeling, confirmed protective fingerpring layer is peeling up from bottom, and allowing moisture to metal causing rust, called parts specialist whom said its rust only covered for 1 year, partner tema not open yet , refered cx to customer care for concessions, she was told by Costco it was covered,; ordrng 1 W11416371 (panel stainless)"

"cx complaint new unit have same problems as old unit that was exchanged. unit shaking during whole spin cycle. ran diagnostics, no errors stored. ran test cycle and it ran good but shook a little bit. found unit leaning right a little and locking nuts on feet not set. releveled unit and adjusted locking nuts. replaced dampers to see if that helps. tested unit with a small load of towels, ran quick wash with towels in to get them wet. then ran drain and spin. seems like its spinning good now, cx said its does seem better than what shes been experiencing. unit is now working properly"

"Cs oven door not closing, confirmed complaint. I found the both hinges has frayed. Replaced both hinges and tested unit , unit is now working properly."
