cx has a few issues with unit. says wrinkle guard still does not work and signal sound doesnt always work and she has to use timed dry to run unit right she said. checked for codes and tested and checked unit. good vibration in unit while drum turns. took a bunch of tries for unit to take code. will order parts needed and office will schedule. 2 units in home and job will take extra time as well due to working conditions. office will schedule.; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (Harness) and 4 WPW10314173 (Rollers)s

came out and replaced parts ordered. turned unit back on and water flowed and unit ran. unit has a slight buzz sound and thats the water valve. will see how unit runs and if cx picks it up or not. if she calls back unit will need water valve replaced. job complete.

cx complaint is cant get ice out door and entire inside of door is froze and water is dripping down. broke up all ice and got parts out to check. found gap in ice door and well as cracked mold. cleaned and cleared all ice and replaced ice maker and seperater. chute is air tight and unit now checks. job complete.

cx complaint is a clicking sound and didnt want to fill up or run. ran a recalibration then auto test to check unit. unit went through all stages. had some noise when shiting that seems to be coming from clutch. tried to see if she could hear clicking sound as i went through tests. she did say she had pump replaced and not to long after this issue started. will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W10913953 (Brake Actuator) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch)

replaced housing and installed new filter she got and got a few cups of water out to get air out system. ice bin was full and now water checks. job complete.
