Replaced both parts and tested unit and unit is now as designed.

Cx complaint of unit not agitating. Did confirm loose connection on capacitor and capacitor hanging down. Reseated capacitor and connector and unit is now as designed.

Ordering control, heating element, sump assembley and vent assembley.; ordrng 1 W11416363 (Sump Assembley) and 1 W11410063 (Control) and 1 W11414073 (Vent Assembley) and 1 W11537778 (Heating Element)"

Unit has had black epoxy element installed. No need to service.
