"cx complaint of unit banging around with any size load. Checked unit and found no codes stored at this time. Ran auto test and found unit to shake badly and basket hitting outer tub. Found oil leaking from gearcase onto splutch and belt. Suspension is weak and basket where is connected to drive block is bent. Unit needs gearcase, suspension, basket, belt and splutch.; ordrng 1 W10554251 (spin basket) and 1 W11454741 (gearcase) and 1 WPW10006384 (drive belt)"

"cx complaint of unit not cooling. unit unplugged on arrival. Plugged unit in and compressor tries to start, hums and shuts off. checked windings and start is 4.4 ohms run is jumping from 5 to over 12 ohms and across the two is sporadic. compressor is locked and windings out of range. ordering comnpressor and filter dryer.; ordrng 1 W11370574 (compressor) and 1 W11109499 (drier-tube) and 1 W10913906 (coupler)"
