"Cx complaint unit moves during spin. Entered diag and found no errors. Ran test cycle and unit runs as designed. Placed several items into unit and ran quick wash cycle and during spin the unit would move away from wall. Unit sits ion pedistal on hard wood floor. Instructed cx to remove unit from pedistal and place traction discs under each leg to prevent from sliding. All suspension checks good, no parts needed at this time."

CX complai t was that the unit was leaking on to the floor from the front right cornner of the FC. I found that the evap drain hole had packing debris stuck in the drain hole causing water to redirect and fill and run out of the right corner of th evap drain pain causing a smal leak. I was able to clear the drain hole to correct the issues. Unit test good.

"Cx complaint unit spins off balance and shuts off unit. Entered diag and found error code F7E7 motor doesn't reach speed. Ran test and when unit spins it makes squealing noise and bangs into the side of cabinet. Inspected underneath and found gear case leaking oil and belt rubbing against cam and motor pulley creating noise. Was unable to remove agitator from shaft. Spun basket manually and found the drive shaft bent. Ordering parts and 2 call count for gear case repair, once approved contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W10528947 (drive hub) and 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W11454734 (gear case) and 1 W11497303 (motor) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W10721967 (cam)"
