"CX complaint about unit leaking inspected & found water line going to filter housing caught up on frame slowly cracking I was able to cut piece & reconnect water line with 5/16 fitting from VS tested several times with no leaks working fine; ordrng 1 2300868 (fitting JH VS), used 1 2300868 (FITTING JH VS) from stock"

CX states unit still @ 50* after 24hrs found unit unplugged CX is based on air thermometer inspected average temp on last 6 hrs test 28 @ 33* CX needs to run refrigerator longer than what she did & dont trust air thermometer not accurate she need to put food inside unit as well explained all these to her
