cx complaint dryer- squealing/screeching intermittenly. checked unit and found stiff pully causing noise when spinning replaced with pre id and tested unit is now running as designed .

replaced the gasket and the door. unit is running as designed.

"cx complaint complaintnote:freezer drawer won't open/close properly and seal coming apart., checked unit and found door gasket not properly seated into frame . ordering new gasket for repair . was able to get it to stick a little for the time being . also found door flip not molded properly causing it to stick up and not allow the fridge door to full shut causing warm air into unit tryed to adjust it but will end up breaking it sense the mold is warped not lining up . ordering all parts for repair . cx agreed; ordrng 1 W11030683 (grey gasket) and 1 W11675283 (DOOR-COMP)
