Replaced part and ran a test cycle. The unit worked as designed and didn't leak.

"Replaced parts, but the door didn't close and popped open. Gasket properly installed and all pushed in. Used hoat to soften it, but didn't work. Reinstalled old one. Ran a test cycle with the clear door, found middle spray arm not spinnig (poor pressure). Inspected spray and removed few cloggs from inside but didn;t work anyway. Reoedering tub gasket W11177741. Unit needs also sump/motor assy WPW10605057, middle spray arm WPW10448645 and door latch WPW10653840; ordrng 1 WPW10605057 (sump/motor assy) and 1 WPW10448645 (middle spray arm) and 1 WPW10653840 (door latch) and 1 W11177741 (tub gasket (re-order))"

"Cx complaint freezer door not sealing properly. Fc door pops open when Rc door closes and vice-versa. Found Fc door too low, raised it by installing pre id washer. Raised front legs to reduce doors popping open, but I explained that this is normal operation, and cannot be completely eliminated."

cx complaint was unit was making a nosie confirmed issue heard the sound but it wasnt coming from the inside the unit i pulled unit off the wall sound went away looked under the unit seen the right side leg was bent. fixed the leg and pulled unit from the wall and sound went away

"Cx complaint lid not locking, F5E2 on display.Ran test mode, confirmed F5E2 error. Tested lid lock, it didn't pass. Found lid broken around left hinge not aligning with lid lock. Quoted repair $484.22 with $110 labor for lid W11259006 replacement. Cx wants to call Maytag. Collected $120; ordering 1 W11259006 (lid)"
