Customer complaint is unit does not always start. Customer had a video of the unit with all the lights on and the door lock light on but you could open the lid. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes and test cycle check ok. Goind to order a new control.; ordrng 1 W11675701 (control) and 1 W11626074 (control)

Removed the doors and installed qty 5 washers to shim align the hinges-door to the cabinet, used a heat gun to seal the gaskets to the casing, verfiied all unit functions for proper operation...working as designed. "Cx complaint, long dry times any cycle, tested all circuits. Found motor harness connection backed out causing the 120 vac to the heater intermittent. Removed and repaired the harness connection, veriifed 120 vac at the heater circuit. Tested cycle temperature at 135 degrees, unit is working as designed."
