CX complaint: sometimes unit does not start and sometimes doesnt drain. Tested and verified complaint. F10E3 error code.Drain working well every time i tested without problem. Ordering vent assembly and control. Cannot reschedule due to BO part.; ordrng 1 W11637583 (control) and 1 W11612315 (vent assembly)

CX complaint is F9E1 error code. Inspected/tested and verified. Found sock stuck on drain pump impeding the unit from draining. Pulled suck and tested unit again and it is now working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is DW leaking. Inspected and found after about 10 minutes water starts pouring onto floor from front left side.Noticed cabinet cut to fit DW in. Pulled unit out about 12 inches and found that the plumber who installed this unit removed top tub nuts from top rack and jammed the DW in. Put kickplate and insulation on top of unit to hide the big gap at top. This issue has been going for a long time. Cabinet and floor damage. Advised CX not to use dishwasher. Spoke to Steve at WPTL. CX is to be referred to olumber that did the install and his cabinet guy. . This is an install related issue and is not covered.. Job is complete
