Replaced all parts and tested unit. Unit is now working as intended and shows no more signs of rust job complete

Customer complaint auger motor does not dispense ice after previous visit. I had found the yoke stripped on Auger motor arrived today and removed icemaker assembly with auger motor disassembled whole unit and reinstalled all new parts tested unit after reassembling and ice is now being dispensed. Unit is working as designed job complete

Cx complaint unit wont dispense ice. Arrived and inspected unit. Found auger motor makes noise but ice is not pushed out Shute. Found no clogs. Removed ice bin and inspected augur. Found that motor comes on but augur is stripped on shaft and doesnt move. Will need to replace augur and motor since we cannot separate parts. Ordering parts for return visit and will replace when they arrive ; ordrng 1 WP63052 (Yoke) and 1 W11671282 (Augur motor) and 1 WPW10309864 (Divider)

"Customer complaint RC not cooling properly, arrived today and inspected unit, verified complaint. Found FC at 7 degrees and set at 3. Found RC set to 33 and was at 48 degrees. Placed unit into diagnostic mode and tested evap fan. Found it was working. Checked all thermistors and all passed except RC evap. Reading 9 degrees. To cold. Removed interior of unit and found evap to be frozen solid and thermistor to not be positioned properly. Evap cover was frozen solid to evap. Cleared all ice with steam. Made sure drain was not clogged, cleaned unit and installed new cover. Tested all features and reading now correctly. Tested fan and also is blowing. Explained to Cx that the unit needs to cool freezer first and then will cool fridge section. Checked software version and its at 7.0.0. Unit is now working as intended. Cx paid in full. Job complete"
