Cx complaint of icemaker not fully making ice. Did confirm and found units toggle switch not completely depressed. Activated switch and fill tube was clear. Unit is now as designed.

Cx complaint of unit not draining. Did confirm and found drain connector not completely seated on board. Reseated connector and unit is now as designed.

Cx complaint of unit being non operational. Did confirm f47 code. And found units module has shatter fuse. Ordering module as techline previously has had me replace the module. Module is nla but canr call techline due to phones being down. Please put on me as a shop job.
