"cx complaint unit spinning water out of clothes, super wet clothes end of cycle, checked unit, no faults stored, come to find oil leaking from bearing onto clutch and belt, ordering all parts needed to complete repair, advised cx to try small loads and if need be run drain and spin after normal cycle has completed until return visit.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W10752283 (washplate) and 1 W11396716 (suspension)"

"cx complaint unit tripping breaker, checked unit, no faults, unit has 244vac at terminal, bake element is good, broil element is good, N-G READING 0VAC. breaker is really hot, advised cx to contact electrician. documented findings"
