cx complaint is imperfections in the glasstop. confirmed complaint. cooktop has multiple rough spots that i can not clean or scrap off. unit is within 30days of purchase. ordering new cooktop. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11183708 (cooktop)

cx complaint is the drum not spinning. when i arrived unit was unplugged. i raised the top and found belt is broken. removed drum and found belt is completly ripped apart. i found the metal pulley on the drive motor is very rough with melted rubber stuck to it. it may have caused the belt to break. ordering belt and pulley.; ordrng 1 341241 (belt) and 1 WP8066184 (pulley-mtr)

Replace all the Tube inner and outer tube Gear case motor and everything else under the unit calibrated the unit and then ran a test quick wash cycle no errors and everything worked as new pHv

cx complaint unit is not locking he said he heres clicks but does not lock. inspected unit then checked for errors and had f5e3 so cleared code and ran test 12 door locked fine but did not spin at all. door lock is fine. checked motor and all windings are 12.6 all in spec the acu control is the issue part was changed couple month ago so is covered. called into office rescheudled appointment for 12/7 i collected for service fee and cx will owe 110 for labor on return; ordrng 1 W11322905 (control)

installed wiring harness. restored power and tested unit. unit is working. i put the original control board and filter board back in as well as the LED light and tested unit again. unit is working. the only new part installed on the unit is the wiring harness. i called the office and they are issuing a refund for 212.55. refund is adjusted to include the 150 for labor so cx owes nothing further. unit is working as deisgned.
