Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking onto the floor and the drain pump is not draining all of the water out. Upon arrival I found that the bellow gasket had a tear in the seal. I was able to replace the bellow. I also removed the drain screen and clear debris from it. I then tested the unit and founs that it is now draining and not leaking. Job complete.
