Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining properly and is giving an SD and F9E1 error code. Upon arrival I found that the drain pump is activating but barely moving any water. I was able to access the drain pump and remove the catch tray and found that it had debris in it blocking the flow of the water. I was able to clear the catch. i then tested the unit and found that it is now draining as intended. Job complete

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the ice maker. i then ran the harvest test and the unit was able to complete and fill. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"Cx complaint unit doesn't complete cycles. Entered diag and found error code F8E1 long fill. Ran test cycle and unit had good water pressure coming through and completed test. Found the drain hose is coing out from the back and going directly into the floor. Contacted TL and spoke with Chris, reported about the drain hose and he said hose needs to be on loop 39 inches from the floor. Water is siphoning back into unit, which is why it's not completing cycles. Explained all to cx and no parts are to be replaced. Once cx fixes hose placement, unit should run as designed."

cx complaint that unit is still getting the error code long fill no fill and stopping intermittingly through out several cycles recalibrated and tested and instructed it appears they are dropping water psi after the first couple laods when running casuing the long fill to show in codes and effect the water incoming. unit itself is functiona land checks good

Per previous diag I was able to access and repalce the control and shifter. I then ran the calibration and diag test. Unit is functionng as intended. Job complete
