frsh side is 36 and freezer is -8 called tch ;imne found control not working properly . when un plugged it wouldnt come back on only in diag then the compressor was over heated do ti mice nest in condensor fan removed nest fan moves good now . also has issues with loose evap heater harness will need harness heater for that. called offcie and set up for moinday return; ordrng 1 W11203924 (control) and 1 WP2323198 (heater harness) and 2callcount (2 call count)

"Confirmed cx complaint unit not cooling properly. Found unit not properly defrosting, bimetal sensor not functioning. Replaced with pre-id'd part, tested unit, unit working as designed. Cx paid in full."

"Confirmed cx complaint unit inconsistent cooling. Found Service Pointer pertaining to issue, pointer goes over various causes, either defrost issues or compressor working intermittently. Checked evap, no excessive frost buildup. Cx states he heard a buzzing and clicking noise that is consisten with the sound a compressor when it is trying to start and failing. Ordering compressor, requesting 2 count sealed system job.; ordrng 1 W10507884 (compressor) and 1 4387444 (evap repar) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W10913906 (coupler)"
