"CX complaint is unit not filling with water properly. COuld not verify complaint but explained to CX according to their in person expanation how the unit works. They never received an owners manual so were unsure. However, while trying to go into test modes all the F8421 lights immediately lit up as soon as dial is turned even after unplugging unit. This is not normal. Ordering control board. Cannot reschedule because part is FBO(spoke to Haley to verify).; ordrng 1 W11611306 (control)"

Cx complaint is no sound from unit. inspected and verified complaint. put unit into diag mode and tested the audio functions. the test played various tones as it should. speaker was good. checked the cycle signal function and found the cycle signal was set to off. set cycle signal to medium and the unit made the tones as designed. unit is working as designed. job complete

CX complaint is WM not advancing cycles. There have been multiple visits to this unit and every time its the same issue. CX has really bad well water and the inlet valve keeps getting clogged. My last visit I even put a screen in hose for CX. The Cx has also been informed that she needs to address her well issue on several occassions.Spoke to JR at WPTL. Explained everything to him and he has documented findings. He advised me to not replace any parts on unit until CX addresses her well issues and to refer CX to Customer service with the SR#. Job is complete
