installed ordered part and tested unit for cx. unit is working as designed.

"complaint is the unit making noise and not spinning. i found F7E1 basket speed fault. cleared code, ran service cycle. during agitation and spin motor buzzed but nothing moved. valve and lid latch worked properly. inspected under unit and found cap is OL in both directions, replaced with preIDed part. tested again. motor still buzzes during agitation but if i start spinning it by hand in either direction the motor will run in that direction only. motor windinds in spec 6ohms each. found damage to the harness at the capacitor. unit will need new lower harness. odering part.; ordrng 1 W11665968 (lower hanress.)"

"Cx complaint unit won't drain. Arrived today and and inspected found previous tech stated unit needed drain pump and control. Replaced control and went under unit to change pump, found harness broke under unit connecting to drain pump. Used connector to fix harness temporarily. Tested unit and had no errors. Re calibrated unit and ordering harness for return visit. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete ; ordering 1 W11665968 (Harness lower)"

"cx complaint is the unit not powering on. cx said it didn't drain all the water. i restored power and sensing started flashing. held start until the light went off. unit will not power on, will not go into diagnostic mode. i unplugged everything from the board and restored power, no changes. outlet is wired correctly. board has 121vac. i found the drain pump reads 20ohms (spec is 120-130). unit will need drain pump and control board. ordering pump, marking board for use on return.; ordering 1 W10919003 (pump-water)"
