"Cs unit is not turning on again, Confirmed complaint. I found the thermal fuse has blown again. This time i replaced the tco and thermal fuse, also made the exhuast vent shorter and straight. Advised to us the dyer as normal. Unit is now woring properly.; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE), and 1 W10900067 (TCO) from stock"

Service was great ; however our Kitchen Aid refrigerator has been being serviced 5 times now (2020 new purchase) for the same recurring problem. Even a recall on the hinge problem didn’t work ! Still the same popping noise when you open the doors ; then the doors don’t seal closed ,leaving the food to become warm if you don’t put pressure on the food to close tight. Was told this problem can not be fixed and to call the manufacturer: Kitchen Aid and the dealer( Costco) to get this problem resolved. Thank you VIA tech.
