replaed both parts and tested unit heats and operates and checks good

Cx complaint is that the drum is turning but the unit is not heating. Upon arrival I found that the unit is getting 124/124/248. I then removed the rear cover and found that the TCO is reading OL and the element is ready 14.4 Ohms. I am ordering the TCO and element. Please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W10900067 (TCO) and 1 279838 (Element)

"Cx complaint dry times aren't consistent. Inspected and found the vent hose has been cleaned out and while running normal cycle it heats properly. The times drop fast due to it not sensing the loads. Placed wet paper towel over sensors and saw the time drop fast. Found no resistance at the sensors. Ordering sensors and harness, once available contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 2 WP3387223 (sensor)s and 1 WPW10298258 (sensor harness)"

Per previous tech I was able to access and replace the condensate pump. I then repowered the unit and left it run for several minutes to verify that there are not leaks. Unit is functioning as intended. Jb complete

cx complaiont that unit is not getting power then will come back off and on and when arrived today the unit had power lights were on and i powered up and ran test mode all features operated then ran through the normal production and waited and found the unit to fill good psi and recirculation pump worked properly and drain pump as well. evap plate was getting cold to the touch. .. found possibly intermitting condensate pump at times not operating the the power ordering W11539855; ordrng 1 W11539855 (condensate pump)
