cx has a few issues with unit. said something was making a loud noise when running and temp isues as well as door gaskets are tearing. checked unit. took temp readings of 11 in freezer 42 in fridge. right ff door gasket torn ontop and bottom. some frost and ice on back wall of fridge as well as freezer. gaskets are sealing to unit. will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11394920 (fc Ecap Cover) and 1 W10917313 (Door Gasket) and 1 W11574767 (UI Control)

"cx complaint when raising plenum drags and needs assistance to go all the way up, found unit leaning forward full bubble(see pic) causing binding of motor, also found vent transitioned badly with no flow, cx had AHS replace a thermidor unit with jennair, depth of cut out needs to be opened to allow unit to sit vertically straight and clear upper ledge of counter, may nned granite cut, all installers responsobility, no mounting brackets and contractor used old motor cover and wrong vent transion in place, tested all ops ok"

"cx complaint after preheat errors f6e1, found several f6e1 run-away temp stored, preheated to 350, actual 370, diag showed 355, up it to 400 , actual 420, diag 412, possible stuck relay or corrupted board mis calculating temps, ordering main board and temp sensor; ordrng 1 W11050557 (control) and 1 W10833885 (sensor)"

"cx complaint tough and normal not working on console, confirmed all LEDs light but buttons none responsive, replaced console from pre-id, tested all ops ok...... unit not installed properly, not all the way back and leaning to left, exposing alot of console allowing moisture from sink work to puddle on console, cx to contact contractor to properly install unit not a warranty issue"
