"replaced basket. releveled unit because cx moved it to another room since last visit. tested unit, no unusual noises or excessive shaking. unit is now working properly"

cx complaint fz cooling good but rc is not. inspected unit and verified complaint. unit unplugged upon arrival. found big puddle of water in fz and top shelf of rc. air ducts must have been iced over from drain issue ive seen several times on this model. found drain wasnt clogged but must have been iced over because heater wasnt clipped into drip tray properly so its not close enough to drain to prevent it from icing over. adjusted heater unit draining good at this time. advised cx to monitor and call back if issues persist;

replaced oven door hinges. tested unit. unit is now working properly

"cx complaint rc not cooling, fz is good tho. inspected unit and verified complaint. rc room temp, but fz is still freezing and icemaker is making ice. dont feel any air flow coming into rc. damper is open, evap fan is running. evap isnt overfrosted but theres a little frozen condensation as if door got left open. noticed a little frost on top of door also. door is sealing good a this time but theres alot of ice and an icepack behind drawer that could have been holding door open. removed evap cover and found return ducts iced over. evap has good even frost pattern tho. cleared ice with steamer. getting airflow into rc. advised cx to make sure door gets closed evenly everytime. advised cx to allow 3days for temps to adjust"

"cx compalint unit keps shutting off and on, cx checked cord and breaker, found unit unplugged, pulled out tested , found 120/120/240 at termsinl, and control working, checked all control connections, found no pinched wires between panels, once pushed back in power cut off, cord falling out receptical, expanded range cord prongs to make more secure connection, cx can access thru draw , if problem returns cx will need electrician to replace outlet, cx also had aluminium on base, moved up to rack and left note with instructions, tested all ops ok"
