"cx complaint unit leaking , chekced unit and found defective tub on unit allowing unit to leak , ordering new tub and shocks for repair . unit will need 2nd tech; ordrng 1 W11460604 (tub) and 1 W11316766 (shocks)"

"came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed. replaced all parts and put the unit back together. tested operation. unit is running as designed. no abnormal noises being made. calibrated, tested in a normal and a drain and spin. unit is good to go."

"cx complaint the unit is not dispensing ice. checked the unit and found that the ice door is not closing all the way. also the ice bin is defective allowing the ice motor to miss the bin and not dispense. therfore, ordering bin. finally the ice maker failed its test. parts on order.; ordrng 1 WPW10558423 (ice container) and 1 W11546935 (ice maker) and 1 W11423787 (ice door)"

"checked unit and found tears in both gaskets. also they were having a hard time staying in place. therefore, ordering both gaskets. will return once they come in.; ordrng 1 W11030683 (rc gasket) and 1 W11574983 (fc gasket)"

"cx complaint unit not heating checked unit and found unit had no error codes stored to unit , ran test and found heating element steaming when water hits it . checked over wires and everything checked good advised to to alway make sure rinse aid is in unit and always run hot water at the sink before starting unit . advised to monitor unit . all major componets checked good on unit . if cx calls back with same issuse it will be a control issuse ."
