I feel that the technician Neil was very courteous,he asked me exactly what happened to my washing machine & then explained to me very thoroughly what he felt was the problem. So he offered the necessary parts which thankfully was in stock & within a weeks time I was notified & the appt. was set up. He came at the appointment time & proceeded to fix my washing machine in a timely manner. All seems to be working well right now & hopefully will remain this way. I recently had lost my husband so the less stress I have the better. I think he was a very good & knowledgeable technician & would welcome a hum in my home if ever needed again, hopefully not any time soon.
