Cx complaint is that the RC has water dripping into it from the center opening. Upon arrival I found that the FC had ice built up on the bottom LH side of it. I was able to clear the ice and remove the evap cover and found that the drain tube was clogged causing the ice to build up. I was able to clear the ice and drain tube with my steamer. I verified that the unit is draining now. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete.
