cx complaint is the unit not making ice. cx said it hasent worked in about a year. unit is set to recomended temps. my prob shows 5 degrees. in FC. found IM turned off. turned it on and it did not move to find home position. turned it off and on several times and tried test button but nothing worked. started to remove IM and it started moving to find home position. put IM back and pushed test button. IM cycled and filled. not sure why it didnt work on the first attempt. found no loose connections. ordering a new IM to be safe. schedule when approved/part available.; ordrng 1 W11455232 (ice maker)

Arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found heating element, completely warped, impeding on lower spray arm as soon as powers turned onto unit heating element just turns on. Ordering control and heating element for return visit. Also found adjuster kit on the right side does not properly work ordering all parts to rebuild adjuster will return when all parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W10703867 (Heating element) and 1 W10866116 (Control) and 1 Wpw10588164 (Adjuster housing) and 1 Wpw10588165 (Adjuster housing) and 1 Wpw10250160 (Clip) and 1 Wpw10546503 (Rack adjuster) and 1 Wpw10195839 (Rack adjuster) and 1 Wpw10195840 (Position clip)"

Cx complaint moisture under console. Arrived today disassembled unit and replace consul harness and UI reassembled and tested consul is now working as it shouldnt showing all display unit unit is working as designed job complete

cx complaint right door switch for fridge door is not working. inspected unit and confimred not working spring is not working the door switch lever is floppy. started removing switch to find its foamed it. got switch out have minior damge and found the wires are foamed in snapped pic. i removed some foam and pulled on wires some and are moving no force we have some slack. slowly pulled on wires and got tem out far enough replaced the door switch and now is working perfect but minor damage to cabinet. showed cx and he is fine with it. unit is good to go
