Cx complaint is that the unit is not drying dishes properly and there are some spots that dont seem to get washed. Upon arrival I found an FAE2. I cleared the error and ran the diag test. I found that the unit is spraying both arms while running the diag test. I found that the cx is not currently using rinse aid. I checked the spary arms and found no debris in the jets. I found that the unit is functioning as intended. I informed the cx of some pointers on how the units function and what to expect. Job complete
