As per previous tech was able to access unit and replace parts. Fan now works. Unit now checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint items still freezing in rc section and that the unit is running nonstop causing higher electric bill. Was able to access unit and found cx thermometer read 25F but nothing frozen in unit. Cx states its always the britta filter jug that freezes. Contacted techline and spoke to Nate. Thermistors are in range at 24k ohms for fc and 5.8k in rc. Reccomends changing temps and no parts at this time. Changed temps and instructed cx to leave alone and monitor for 72 hrs

CX complains unit top rack is not sitting correctly and is causing the top spray arm to not function. Found unit rack adjuster to have failed and needed replaced. Was able to replace with prei.d part. Tested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED. CX COVERED BY P&L auth.

CX complains unit is not cooling correctly. Found unit evap fan is not turning on but is recieving voltage. Unit will need fan motor and evap harness for repair. Office to reach out to cx when all parts are approved.; ordrng 1 WP2315549 (fan motor) and 1 W11650661 (heater and harness)
