"cx complaint unit not making enough ice. checked unit found unit forming ice, ice only coming half way onto grid, rear of block would melt and front would take a while to make it through grid. called techline spoke with Joe. provided joe with pictures, came to the conclusion the evap plate is bowed in the center and needs to be replaced. ordering all sealed system items.; ordrng 1 WPW10218037 (evaporator) and 1 W10919199 (grid-cuttr) and 1 WPW10605286 (compressor) and 1 WPW10534030 (valve-gas) and 1 W10843121 (filter dryer) and 1 WP2313624 (condenser)"

replaced all parts. tested unit. appears to be working as designed.

"cx complaint unit not making ice, checked unit found no water coming in, removed filter, water became better, let run for a few minutes, pressure fell indicating failure in valve and or filter head, also ordering previous parts suggested by techline.; ordrng 1 W10897719 (valve) and 1 W11266112 (housing) and 1 W11034363 (control)"

"replaced bin thermistor, and recirc pump, old bin thermistor never went over 3k ohms which is room temp, this would normaly cause unit to overflow with ice, called techline spoke with dustin, advised to replace control and pump harness due to corrosion; ordrng 1 W11126268 (harns-pump) and 1 W11034363 (control)"

replaced all parts tested unit works as designed
