cx complaint that unit is getting the f2e1 and bakle button doesnt repsond when pressed will need the console ND replaced with pre id afyer speaking to TL of parts auth for approval .. replaced and tested no issues checks good.

"Cx complaint unit doesn't heat. Ran normal cycle and found no heat come through. Accessed the element and found no continuity. Replaced element using pre-id parts, ran normal cycle and unit heats up. Unit checks good"

"Cx complaint yhere's water leaking from the top of RC. Removed top panel and found water dripping from the reservoir connection on the valve. Dispensed water and connection dripped faster. Also found ice build up along back wall where the icebox assembly seals. The insulation is worn down and no longer seals, this causes water to run down wall and underneath the pantry drawer. Ordering parts, once approved contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 WPW10635022 (adapter) and 1 W11168758 (reservoir) and 1 WPW10341329 (valve)"

"Replaced parts, restored power and unit began to cool with fans running. Unit checks good"

"Cx complaint the FC evap is frosting over. Inspected and found frost on the outside of the evap cover. There's no air circulating through RC. Contacted TL and spoke with Leon, ran checks at the board on the RC,FC and defrost thermistors and all were OL. Checked at the thermistors and all read OL. Entered service and ran tests 1,2,3 and all displayed passed. TL suggests replacing all thermistors and control. Once parts are available contact cx to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11645127 (diffuser) and 1 WPW10384183 (thermistor)"
