cx complaint wa sunit wasn't cooling confirmed issue seen the heater in the FC unplugged plugged heater back in defrosted the ice ordering new harness and control for unit; ordering 1 W11546690 (control) and 1 w11573116 (evap harness)

"complaint is a loud buzzing/rattling noise when convection fan is running. cx has video of unit making the noise. noise starts and stops when the fan starts and stops. inspected from inside the oven, fan is tight as is the 3 screws behind the fan blades. pulled unit out and found 2 screws missing from rear cover. replaced those. tightened trim at the front of the unit bellow door. ran cycle up to 350. unit remained quiet. unit is working as desinged. service call paid within 30days."
