"Temps set at 37 and 0. Tested temp in freezer and its sitting at 40 degrees. Tested in RC and its sitting at 56 degree. Previous texts have come out and stated this unit need a new sealed system repair called last sealed system Tech and went over unit with him. Found compressor was very hot again and barely any Freon came from access ports. All evaporater fans are running perfectly fine. Condenser fan was running but found bluish green rust on a lot of tubes that were fixed. Using UV light I attempted to look for die, but could not find anything evident. Bringing back nitrogen as well to check for internal leaks .Spoke with ER about everything and he had stated we need to order multiple sealed system parts for return visit. Quoted customer for repair as she is going to call Whirlpool to see if they could cover the labor charge, she will let us know within 30 days from today. ; ordrng 1 W10300088 (Compressor kit) and 1 Wpw10239732 (Rc evap) and 1 Wpw10643261 (Fc evap) and 1 Wpw10143759 (Drier) and 1 W10240365 (Condenser) and 1 Sstech (Ss tech) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen)"

cx complaint unit is making a grinding sound at the end of cycle has done it a couple times now. inspected unit then checked for errors and had f6e3 so cleared code and ran serivce cycle and agitating is making a noise like rotor is loose and unit spun fine. tilted unit back to find the rotor bolt came out and gearcase oil slung around. reinstalled bolt and ran again and sounds good. ordering all gearcase parts and fascia for the error code for return; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 6 W11027980 (screws)s and 1 W11260238 (rotor) and 1 W11478525 (fascia)
