cx complaint is the unit not cooling properly. unit is in a garage and was unplugged when i arrived. i informed cx the unit needs to be in a temp controled enviroment. showed her in use and care where it says that. she showed me all paperwork sent with unit and it was not delivered with a use and care guide. cx now understands the unit will not work in the garage. she is going to give unit to her son who will put it in a house. unit is workign as deisgned.

cx complaint is the unit leaking water. cx bought a new under counter IM and installed it. she wants the whirlpool unit reinstalled and diagnosed. i removed other unit and put it in the garage. started to reinstall the whirlpool unit and found the water line that the supply hooks up to is damaged. the end is cut off. called techline to make sure i ordered the correct water line.
