Inspected unit found that the cx is saying that the Washer is giving an E4 Error Code. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Lid Latch Test. Agitator is spinning until lid latch is open. Agitator stops spinning. Agitator continues to Spin when Lid is down. In normal operations. Unit will need Control Board & Lid Latch. ; ordrng 1 W11189137 (CNTRLELEC)

Installed the lower Wire Harness. Tested the unit. Unit is working as Designed.

cx concern the unit giving e4 error.. found unit passes lid test in diag and will lock / unlock in manual test mode.. starting a spin it will lock but error out e4 within 2mins.. called techline and they stated to replace main harness for washer .. needs 2 tech to pull and replace the harness .. scheduled w/ office ; ordrng 1 W11174407 (main harness) and 1 2tech (2tech)

Replaced nut cant fully test unit because unit doesnt have a drain hose on it but lid is locking properly no error. Unit seems to be working properly.

arrived a few minutes before end of time frame and cx answered the door and stated it was too late for her and to reschedule / wants a new unit.
