came out and replace all parts on unit needed for repair . tested and unit is now running as designed .

cx complaint wont complete cycle to wash / wont start checked unit and found no errors stored to uint . tested and unit cycled as designed . unable to get unit to act up as stated . allowed cx to load unit and test once more all major componets checked out good and unit is running as designed with no stored errors

cx complaint unit leaking and f8e4 error code . tested and found small amount of water in catch pan . tested unit and unit doesnt seem to be leaking for me . ordering door seal and gasket for repair. ; ordrng 1 W11664713 (door seal) and 1 W11483553 (gasket)

cx complaint f8e4 - dishwasher checked unit and found water in float switch . removed and tested . found gasket not properly seated on unit allowing small amount of water to drip out of unit and onto float switch . reseated tested unit is now running as designed .

cx complaint the unit is not locking. checked the unit and unit has a damged latch and striker. replaced the striker and latch. could not test due to the unit not being supplied power at this time. house is under renovations. unit is good to go.
