cx under impression unit has warrenty of some kind cx stated was not informed about the 120 service fee not including parts or labor . advised cx there is no warrenty and i will have to charge to take a look at unit cx vary unhappy and refused service at this time .

"cx complaint unit banging noise inside checked unit and found no error codes , uninstalled and found cap lose coming from bracket that holds it allowing it to rub on belt and viberate on pully shield . reseated and tighten bracket so cap doesnt move . tested and calibrated unit is running as designed ."
