"upon arrival was anable to access top screws, unit is pressed against wall, with no space to left and no access to untilities, explained situationto cx, gave option (1) they have it out and accessable, or option (2) pay additional $120 for 2nd tech and we can move unit , cx will call in with decisiion;"

cx complaint is unit runs a bit then stops and flashed a code. found code F3E3. tested and checked unit. ran awhile ontimed dry unit ran and heated well. cx said all setings besides timed unit stops. unit will need thermistor repaced as well as tco kit. went over unit with him and will order parts needed. cx recheduled for 11/1; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (Thermistor 23.98) and 1 280148 (TCO Kit 41.35)

cx complaint is fridge wont hold temps. says one day its at 30 and another its at 60 and up and down all the time. units O-O-W and he knows. took temp readings of -2 in freezer 53 in fridge. tested and checked unit. took back wall out and no air through upper air vents to find evap frozen. replaced evap cover and melter all ice and reset temps an unit. unit now checks. job complete. cx paid in full

installed parts and tested unit. unit now checks good.

"installed idler but unit still producing loud squealing sounds and chirping when drum rotates. when installing idler found obvious wear marks and corrosion on the rollers and roller shafts. unit still within factory warranty so would absolutely recommend replacement of the roller shafts and rollers. ordering parts.; ordrng 2 WPW10359269 (roller shafts)s and 2 349241T (rollers)s and 1 341241 (belt,drive)"
