"CX complains unit is taking multiple cycles to dry. CX is within manufacture warranty. Found unit is heating and rotating on arrival. Did vent test and unit does not have good suction coming from vent. Removed vent ducting from rear of unit and retested, unit gained significant suction. Insereted thermal probe into exhaust, unit reaches 160*F and cycles down to 125*F thermal fuses all check good at 0.0 ohms, unit is recieving 240vac. Called techline to document spoke to Rick who agreed unit will need vent cleaned and inspected. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
