"checked the unit and found that the right side track and wheel is coming off intermittenly. the rack itself has no damage therefore, ordering the track and wheel for right side to resovle the issue. will return once the parts come in.; ordrng 1 W11561204 (track) and 1 W11614118 (wheel tub)"

came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed and replaced all parts. put the unit back together. tested opertion. unit is running as designed.

cx under impression unit has 10 year warrenty advised cx unit is no longer under warrenty cx refused service at this time .

cx complaint unit leaking checked unit and found freezer frosted up . found door not shutting also found ice maker arm not properly seated on unit . defrosted all ice and cleared unit out . ordering new ice maker and slide rails just incase . freezer door now properly shutting like its designed. orderin rails just in case .; ordrng 1 W10884390 (icemaker) and 2 WPW10120018 (slide rails .)s

cx complaint the unit is not dispeensing the out of the fabric softner section. checked the unit and found a bad inlet valve. replaced valve. tested. still had very low flow coming from the house on hot side. advised the cx to get that addressed. unit is good to go otherwise.
