cx complaint unit makes a clunking noise and doesnt drain all water out of bellow. checked to find no error codes. ran test cycle and was unable to replicate noise. cleared holes in bellow. unit working as designed. advised cx to monitor and try to record sound if it happens again. cx paid in full.
