"Cx complaint unit not cleaning clothes. Was able to access unit and cx states another company attempted repairs and it just starts to spin then shut off. Ran drain and spin and found shifter not moving fully causing wear on splutch. Repalced shifter and splutch and ran auto test then quick wash. Unit now operating as designed no further work needed; ordrng 1 W11481722 (actuator (jl vs)) and 1 W10721967 (splutch (JL VS)), used 1 W11481722 (actuator (jl vs)), and 1 W10721967 (splutch (JL VS)) from stock"

"Cx complaint cooktop flames stay the same and oven doesnt get to temp. Was able to access unit and found no saved codes. Found temp sensor in range. Attempted preheat and unit would get to within 5-10 degrees of temp and shut off and not finish pre-heat. Verified issue with the flames. Found only right rear would noticably change. Attempted to adjust valves and flame height stayed the same. Verified proper oriface spuds in place. Unit will need control, temp sensor and manifold along with 2 call count due to being out of the service area. Once in office will need to contact to set return.; ordrng 1 W11509626 (manifold assembly) and 1 W11633126 (control)"
