"CX complant. fridge not working. CX stated units lights went out after units cooling was declining. Inspected unit and fans do not run in diagnostics Conmpressor dosent run in testing either. No lights , Control UI has pixels burnt out Ordering controls and sealed system . 3 count. Further work needed. Not in stock. "CX complant. Gasket falling apart. Inspeted unit and found gasket is cracked and falling apart from being defective, Replacement gasket is cracked where gasket corners join , Reordering door gasket. Further work needed. RB; ordrng 1 W11456682 (gasket)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator Door Alarm keeps going off. ( Cx turned the Refrigerator Off for 24 hours before we arrived. Refrigerator has beeped since. Cx still had me check the unit out.) Checked the connection at the Door Hinges upper left corner. Connections are fully in. I then checked all connections at the User Interface. All connections are fully in. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test - 16 Left Door Switch. Is going from 01 to 02 when pushed. Ran Service Test 17 - Right Door Switch is going from 01 to 02 when being push in. I then checked the Freezer Door Switch. Light is going out. ( cx chipped the Right Refrigerator Door Switch trying to change it. ) installed new Door Switch. Cx paid in full by card. If the cx calls back we will need to replace the Main Control = W11224256 & User Interface = W11387387. ***Don't go without parts****

CX complaints refrigrator /freezer not cooling .inspected unit checks product tem in ref 51F fresh food section 34F and freezer -3F ref evap fan not working and ref section ice built up .order evap motor fan with harness and thermistor .cx PAID IN FULL/ SZ; ordrng 1 W11033168 (evaporator fan motor and harness thermistor)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Heating. Checked power to the unit from the Terminal Block. L1 to N = 121.8 volts. L2 to N = 120.8 volts. L1 to L2 = 245.3 volts. Checked the T.o.d. Thermostat. I'm getting Open Line. Checked the Heater Element. I'm getting 9.9 Ohms. Installed new T.o.d. Thermostat. Tested the unit. Unit is heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised the cx to clean vents before using the dryer. Advised that they try Vent Wizard as a cleaning company.) ; used 1 W10900067 (TCO) from stock
