"cx complains unit was making a buzzing noise. Was able to access unit to find the unit unplugged, once unit was plugged in it immediatly went into a drain cycle. Was able to cancel drain cycle and access code f0e5 unbalanace error. Calibrated unit as well as did diagnostic component test to verify. Unit works as designed. no further work needed"
