cx complaint unit is not cooling in fridge section.inspected unit and could confirm cx complaint.got 1 degree fc and 54 in rc.ran diagnostic test ran test 6 and diffuser barely open.looked for part and found 0. cx will try to find part.

Got to the house and the customer came out and said they need to cancel becasue there is an aemergency he needs to leave the house. Gave him a TY card he did not know when he will be free again. SO i moved on.

cx complaint was unit was making a nosie at the end of cycle confirmed issue i heard the nosie every time in diag mode going from agitate to spin every time after i confirmed the issue i went to remove the wash plate i was unable to remove picked unit up and looked at all the parts and seen the cam was beat up some of the teeth was warn down replaced thew cam and belt and went back into diag mode to the from going to agitate to spin and i didnt hear the sound at all tested it about 5 times and once with the cx by me we heard no sound together

"Cx complaint of a Smokey/burning smell in unit and I taste of water/ice. Arrived today and inspected unit. Could not smell anything. Cx tasted + smelled water and ice and nothing was off. Found Cx had a lot of food smells but nothing that was a Smokey smell. Cx did not have any deodorizer in unit. Checked temps and were at 40 in RC and 5 in FC. Inspected fans and Both fans plus damper worked correctly, Cx did not have a lot of ice in bin but found that somebody in home used a lot. Checked for errors and had E0. While there unit dumped batch of ice and filled while there. Could not find anything wrong with unit. Called Safety. Unit is working as designed job complete"

cx complaint unit still making little no ice after ice maker was replaced. inspected unit and confimred almost no ice and ice maker has e5 error code. found some ice in fill tube. rpelaced ice maker and fill tube heater then reset breaker to clear error and ran test 57 and pssed 56 shows e0 now and 45 filled ice maker with water. unit is good
