installed part and restored power. set to recomended temps. cx paid 110 for labor. unit working as designd.

"cx complained unit would run by itself without pressing any buttond. confirmed cx complaint. after inspedcting unit , unit motor would turn on, and when went to hit cancel cycle,unit would still run. ran diag, didnt find any error codes. checked control to make sure all connections were in. unit will need control board. only 2 in stock; ordrng 1 W11410066 (control)"

"cx complaint is the unit not cooling. cx said both sections were about room temp. cx said unit made a loud buzzing nosie then a click (sounds like locked up compressor) they unplugged unit. i restored power and found the compressor kicks on, makes a very loud buzzing noise, pulls 9.5amps then cycles off with a loud click. compressor is locked up. unit will need a new compressor. schedule with SS tech when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11547313 (compressor) and 1 W11504416 (coupler) and 1 W11504431 (coupler) and 1 W11506621 (coupler) and 1 W11506635 (stub)"

"cx complaint is poor cooling, no ice production. unit set to 34/0. prob shows 46/14. RC evap is iced up again. pantry UI is working. fans are working, all thermistors pass. cleared ice on RC evap. thermistor is no longer gold. called techline as this is repeat issue. they advised replacing UI and evap fan harness again. parts were replaced less than a year ago. installed preIDed part and restored power. ordering UI. cx paid service call. will pay labor on return if he cant get an auth# from whirlpool.; ordrng 1 W11330971 (user interface)"

"cx complained unit was making loud noises, after inspecting unit , noises was coming from drain hose hitting against wall and back panel. also while inspecting unit could se basket is out of round. unit will need new basket; ordrng 1 W11513243 (basket)"
