Arrived today to install both freezer and refrigerator door after previous visit. Once arrived removed doors to inspect freezer door was good so I replaced freezer door and using heat to form gasket to make good seal on cabinet. Removed refrigerator door and found that the mold on the inside of the door had a lot of wrinkles on itshowed customer and asked customer if she would like me to install it and she stated no that she wants me to re-order door. Re-ordering door for return visit. Customer will give us a call once door arrives.; ordrng 1 Lw10668874 (Rc door black(reorder))

"Customer complaint unit is not dispensing. Water arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint removed waterline off back of unit and found old TV valve under sink, work tea valve back-and-forth and make sure I had water coming out of waterline which I do. Tested valve on paddle to make sure it was powering on which it wasremoved filter and still had no water coming through out of dispenser, both valves and filter head for next visit extra parts just in case that way on return visit job is done will return when parts arrive; ordrng 1 WPW10394053 (Filter head) and 1 W11512399 (Inlet valve) and 1 WPW10341320 (Dual valve)"

Customer complaints in some circumstances during the spin cycle. The unit will bang around inside the cabinet after last visit I had found everything checked out and nothing needed to be replaced. Tested the unit multiple times and could not find any issues. Explain to customer about balancing the unit and Playing around with different load sizes to find the perfect load size. When I arrive today I had found the unit was pushed back and waterlines were on the back of unit and also a metal chair leaned up against the left side. Possible noise can be made from objects leaning against the unitcall Techline to document and let customer know if they were not satisfied with the unit they could call customer care to discuss further action. Unit is working as designed job complete.

"cx complaint is the surface elements not working. cx said 1 burner quit at a time. all within a week or so of each other. turned all burners on and all worked except the rear right. found no damage to harness. i called techline to make sure i ordered the correct switch and element. they confirmed element is no longer available. gave me correct number for switch but said its a series 10, unit is series 16 so may be different. orderign switch. explained to cx if that doesnt fix it then it will need elemetn which is not available. she understands. schedule when apporved/availalbe.; ordrng 1 W11120791 (switch-inf)"

I still have the same problem, so it wasn’t fixed. I ice shaving ice and cubes at same time and they fall out at random times to the floor. But the technician was really nice. Had to wait a long time for the replacement part also.
