"Customer complaint is that the door is not latching properly; Found that the rear feet were not lowered and the bottom of the unit was pushed in further than the top. Also, the strike was bent down slightly. Frame realigned and strike realigned. Door tested and is closing properly."

Customer complaint is that the doors are damaged. Unit inspected and found the right door and freezer door are dented and the freezer handle is scratched. Ordering doors and handle.; ordrng 1 W11436604 (door - r(SS)) and 1 W11223753 (nameplate) and 1 W11436967 (door - fr(SS)) and 1 W11045125 (handle)

We recently had an issue with our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer. The technician Ken arrived and assessed the problem, did a temporary fix and ordered a new part. When the part arrived we notified Whirlpool and they sent Ken out to fix the problem.
Ken arrived SOONER than the scheduled time, installed the new part within a few minutes and was very professional, courteous and pleasant. We give Ken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
and will request him if we ever need any services again.
He is an excellent representative
