CX ccomplant. Washer off balance. Inspected unit and found washer inner basket is worn and basket flopps from side to side. Innser basket cobvered under entitalments Will need hub . CX calling whirlpool for parts and abor consession . Further work needwd. RB; ordrng 1 W10586077 (basket inner) and 1 w10528947 (hub)

CX complant.Washer making aweful noises. Inspected unit and found splutch is making a grinding noise and not fully engaging . Will need splutch and actuater . CX will have dryer out of way to access washer . Further work needed. RB; ordrng 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11398781 (actuater)

installed icemaker inlet valve and filter head tested water flow good water into mold on resetting iemaker

washer not powering on removed lid checked connections was abe to enter diag but didnt start repalced console and tested starting normal now
