Unit was cooling properly 1 week ago. Ice ball formed at cap tube. Highside 60psi. Lowside -20 psi. Freezer 20 degrees. Fridge 42 degrees. Techline recommended nitrogen flush and cutting cap tube at evaporator back as far as possible. ; ordrng 1 4387444 (Evap kit) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen)

VIA has sent a tech to my house 3 times to fix my washer and it is still not working properly. It has been over 6 weeks that I’ve been able to wash laundry. We have to wait another TWO WEEKS for another tech to come back out. To say this is frustrating is a huge understatement.
